The rustic restaurant Bauernstube is located near the more elegant Köhlerstube. This is where Tobias Finkbeiner delighted his guests with hearty Black Forest specialties two centuries ago. Guests can experience a culinary highlight when they order our "Spätzle" (noodles) or "Maultaschen" (ravioli-style pasta), potato salad and lentils, a festive Swabian soup or "Himmel und Erde" (whipped potatoes and applesauce). Head chef Florian Stolte and his team take a fresh, creative approach to these regional classics along with a dash of genius.
Our Bauernstube is open every day for lunch at 12.00 p.m. and for dinner at 6.30 p.m.
