OUR FINE CUISINE IS A SCHOOL OF ITS OWN.

We have introduced the Traube cookery school for anyone who would like to perfect their cooking skills. Our chefs invite a maximum of 16 participants to our up-to-the-minute Gaggenau cooking workshop at Traube Court every Monday and Tuesday. Together, you will learn the most important techniques and get to know professional tricks for serving up your own grand cuisine. The delicious results are then savoured at a fine lunch and are accompanied by the appropriate wines, which sommelier Stephane Gass selects exclusively for each course.
