Delicious fun for half-board guests who have booked at least three nights at Traube Tonbach. On Thursday, we open our fine Culinary Garden at Silberberg restaurant. Our chefs lead you through a tempting variety of culinary offerings from stand to stand. On Friday, we organise a grand dinner at our Köhlerstube restaurant as a special highlight for our wine connoisseurs. Sommeilier StéphaneGass will introduce renowned international winemakers and present their wines. People arriving on Wednesday will have the chance to enjoy a special treat. Up to 14 guests can enjoy an exclusive evening at the Traube Tonbach cookery school. Henry Oskar Fried will be cooking there, and a winemaker will provide select wine recommendations. This exclusive event is complete with visual impressions of cooking, culinary surprises and a communicative atmosphere. This evening costs an additional € 26. Wine is not included in the half-board price.
Exquisite champagne menu featuring champagne from Billecart-Salmon, known for their outstanding terroir. The brilliant rosé champagne has been a favourite for years. Additional charge € 85. Space available for up to 65 people.
