Sommelier Stéphane Gass pairs each course with a subtle wine from Traube's outstanding cellar.
Schwarzwaldstube is closed from 29 July to 22 August 2013.
In 2014 the restaurant is closed from 13 January up to and including 2 February, and from 4 to 28 August 2014.
Please note that Schwarzwaldstube is open Wednesday to Sunday at 12.00 p.m. for lunch and again at 7.00 p.m. for dinner.
