Kitchen director Jürgen Reidt considers variety, quality and freshness to be the most important elements in his creative process. Every Saturday, we invite you to join us for a romantic candlelight dinner with seven exquisite courses. We also organise tasteful events for our half-board guests, including exclusive menus designed for wine connoisseurs including pairings and comments from our sommelier.
