Stefan Heilemann is a former Traubianer (2003-2012) and is today, after various stations, head chef in the restaurant Widder in Zurich, which has been awarded two Michelin stars.
Christian Kuchler is head chef at the Taverne zum Schäfli in Switzerland, which has been awarded two Michelin stars.
