We can’t answer the age-old question of what the Scotsman wears under his skirt. But we know what culinary delights he indulges in. From November 10 to 13, you can expect whisky, haggis and a visit of the Scheibel Black Forest distillery at Traube Tonbach. Finkbeiner family, head bartender Bernhard Stöhr, and whisky ambassador Christian H. Rosenberg invite you to enjoy three days of the Scottish way of life.
The journey begins on Tuesday evening with a traditional get-together in the Pudelsteinhütte in the middle of the forest. Enjoy Swabian cuisine and an exquisite whisky rarity tasting as well as conversations in a family-like atmosphere.
On Wednesday a high tea awaits you in our restaurant Silberberg. We will start the evening with an aperitif in the hotel lobby. Afterwards you can look forward to a gala menu in the context of the half-board as well as a moderated whisky tasting "Talk & Taste".
On Thursday we will visit the Scheibel Black Forest distillery in nearby Kappelrodeck. The Scheibel Single Malt Whiskey EMILL Kraftwerk was awarded as “Germany's Best Whiskey National 2019” in 2019. The Scottish Days come to a grand finale on Thursday evening in the hotel lobby at the haggis tasting. This is followed by the traditional Martin goose dinner at our Restaurant Silberberg, where you reminisce about your experiences of the past days.
