We can’t answer the age-old question of what the Scotsman wears under his skirt. But we know what culinary delights he indulges in. From November 14 to 17, 2023 you can expect whisky, haggis and a classic High Tea at Traube Tonbach. Finkbeiner family, bar chef Ian McBain and whisky ambassador Christian H. Rosenberg invite you to enjoy three days of the Scottish way of life. This year, you can look forward to two Talk & Taste evenings in particular.
The journey begins on Tuesday evening with a traditional get-together and bagpipe music. Enjoy a culinary evening and a whisky tasting as well as conversations in a family-like atmosphere.
On Wednesday a high tea 'black forest way' awaits you in our restaurant Silberberg. Afterwards you can look forward to a delightful evening as well as a moderated whisky tasting. We dedicate this evening especially to the smoky whiskies.
Thursday Morning we start with a guided Foraging and a special Whisky cocktail class in our Blockhütte.
The Scottish Days come to a grand finale on Thursday evening in the hotel lobby at the haggis tasting. This is followed by a dinner with a Scottish Buffet at our Restaurant Silberberg, where you reminisce about your experiences of the past days.
