The Finkbeiner family is today leading Traube Tonbach in the eighth generation and with a highly motivated team of more than 320 members of staff. Each day, they care for guests with joy and dedication. To ensure that our guests can enjoy the pleasures of both the house and the Black Forest without a worry, the people behind the scenes put in a lot of hard work. But there is a reason why our apprentices are nearly always among the best of their class, and why culinary craftsmen with over 80 Michelin stars in total left our kitchen: We love our work and enjoy working together.
