Über zwei Jahre begleitete uns ein Kamerateam um SWR-Redakteurin Gabriele Damasko durch die für uns sehr bewegte Zeit der Hotelgeschichte: Brand unseres Stammhauses, Verlust unserer Sterneauszeichnungen, Corona-Pandemie, Eröffnung unserer Übergangsrestaurants temporaire und letztlich auch die Wiedereröffnung und der Neubeginn unseres Stammhauses.
