Cookery classes

Get to know gourmet cuisine from the other side and join our deputy head chef Henry Oskar Fried to find out what makes a successful menu. In our cooking course with overnight stay, you will work together to develop a culinary theme, which you will then translate into a multi-course menu – and finally taste in a convivial atmosphere.

Our courses are aimed at everyone, from complete beginners to experienced kitchen heroes – we are sure to find something that will inspire you to take home and recreate on your own stove.

The seminars take place with a minimum of six participants. For groups of at least eight people, we are happy to accommodate individual requests regarding dates and topics.

We reserve the right to charge external guests a surcharge of 50 Euro for the day course. In the event of a last-minute cancellation (14 days or less before the start of the seminar) of a confirmed booking, we can only waive the cancellation fee (80% of the contractually agreed price for participation in the Traube Tonbach cooking school) if we are able to fill the seminar place for the corresponding days. This also applies to rebookings to a later date with subsequent cancellation. Please remember to register early with our room reservation department for a cooking course with overnight accommodation. The registration deadline is one month in advance.
