During his travels, the highly decorated sommelier of the three-star restaurant Schwarzwaldstube has discovered passionate producers and up-and-coming talents. He is particularly proud of his own cuvées, the “Selektion Traube Tonbach,” through which he shares his passion for wine with our guests.
