Where the Traube Tonbach has its origins, the gourmet cuisine of a real Traube talent awaits you: Florian Stolte combines the best seasonal ingredients with Far Eastern flavors and surprising accents in 1789 - after our founding year. Awarded a Michelin star and 17 Gault Millau points, the secret of his creative cooking is consistent craftsmanship and many, many travel memories. As modern as the cuisine is, as cozy is the ambience in our little 1789.
