Rough, rustic, and always ravishing delights – this is the Bauernstube.

The Bauernstube is also led by Florian Stolte – so it comes as no surprise that it has been honored in the Bib Gourmand. The historical restaurant, where the roots of Traube Tonbach first settled, awaits you with regional Swabian specialties such as home-made meat-filled pockets, an onion-roasted prime rib on fava beans, or a genuine lentil stew. Grandma’s recipes interpreted with a refreshing lightness. And, for dessert, apple rings with curd cheese ice cream. We admit: We also enjoy meals in the Bauernstube.
