Get to know the gourmet kitchen from the other side. Together with our deputy kitchen director Henry Oskar Fried, you can discover what the secrets to a perfect meal are during a cooking course. Develop a culinary theme together which you will then transfer to a several-course meal – and enjoy in a sociable round. Our courses are aimed at everyone – from beginners to experienced kitchen heroes and heroines. You are sure to find something that you can be excited to take home with you and cook at your leisure to impress family and friends.
The courses will take place with minimum six participants. For groups of at least eight persons, we are happy to arrange an individual date and desired theme.
For guests who are not staying overnight, we charge a fee of €40 for the day course. For cancellations at short notice (from 14 days before the course begins), we can only waive the cancellation price (80% of the contractual price for participation in the Traube Tonbach cooking school) if we are able to find participants for the day in question. This also goes for re-bookings for a later time that result from a cancellation. Please remember to register your participation well in advance with our room booking service. The registration closing date is one month in advance.
