Pilates week with Birgit Frey

In this year we offer a new special week for you -Pilates. This systematic full-body training regimen strengthens the muscles, improves  conditioning and coordination, stabilises posture and optimises body awareness. There are two training units per day. The week is designed for beginners and all classes are led by our certified Pilates trainer Birgit Frey.
